Maybe you simply want consistent afternoon and evening hours doing work that matters.Whatever brings you to part-time work, we've built this role with flexibility in mind.What This Role Looks LikeYou'll carry a caseload of approximately 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy through telehealth.Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM)—when children and teens are actually available after school. Weekend availability is a plus.You build your schedule. We provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.Your day-to-day will include:Conducting intakes and developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plansProviding individual and family therapy through secure telehealthCollaborating with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatristsMaintaining timely, accurate documentation in our EHRSupporting families through education, care coordination, and collaborative treatmentParticipating in clinical consultation and contributing to a culture of high-quality careCompetitive Pay + Monthly Bonus PotentialWe want part-time clinicians to have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation while maintaining the flexibility they need.Your Compensation:$65/billable hour—LCSW or LPC, fully licensed $45/billable hour—Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Counseling, with supervision provided by Backpack Healthcare Monthly bonus potential—eligible clinicians can earn additional monthly incentive compensation based on applicable clinical and performance metricsPlus:$150 annual CEU reimbursementFree clinical supervision for eligible licensesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities to grow into full-time, supervisory, or other leadership roles100% remote workPart-time doesn't have to mean limited opportunity.
