We’re hiring motivated individuals to support charity events, nonprofit fundraisers, community outreach programs, fundraising campaigns, and live events . This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and entry-level candidates looking to gain practical experience in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, fundraising, community engagement, public relations, and event operations .

No previous event, marketing, or nonprofit experience is required. Full paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Events Assistant , you’ll help create successful and engaging community events while interacting with attendees, donors, volunteers, and members of the public.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with charity events, nonprofit fundraisers, community programs, and live events
• Support event setup, registration, promotional materials, and onsite activities
• Welcome and engage attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members
• Educate the public about nonprofit organizations, charitable causes, and fundraising campaigns
• Assist with event registrations, sign-ups, and attendee engagement
• Help create a friendly, organized, and welcoming event environment
• Track attendance and collect attendee feedback
• Support event marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Assist with fundraising and donor engagement activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly
• Represent nonprofit and community initiatives in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Who We’re Looking For

Experience is helpful, but attitude and willingness to learn matter more.

This position may be a great fit if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus
• Enjoy meeting new people and working with the public
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are energetic, dependable, organized, and adaptable
• Are comfortable working in public-facing environments
• Can maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced setting
• Are available for occasional evening, weekend, or special-event schedules
• Have an interest in events, marketing, fundraising, nonprofit organizations, community outreach, or public relations

No previous event, marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit experience is required. Paid training is provided.
