Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Skilled Home Health RN
MonFri, with typical shift windows of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasional ThursdayMonday or FridayTuesday shift blocks. Weekend coverage required on alternating weekends.
68 skilled visits per day.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent clinical experience.
- Home health experience with OASIS training and documented OASIS use is required. Private-duty-only experience is not accepted.
- FL license or compact license required.
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for home visits.
- Experience with IV start/maintenance, wound care, and cardiopulmonary assessments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform wound care including wound VAC and dressing changes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in charting systems.
Compliance / Notes
COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions allowed. Flu shot or declination required, with mandatory masking for declination. Compliance documents due 10 days prior to start.
