Sales Associate As a Sales Associate, you will greet customers and assist them with product selections, provide information on product features and benefits, and deliver a positive shopping experience in a busy retail environment. Responsibilities Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs as required to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store. Qualifications Positive and solutions‑oriented mindset. Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills. Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable with lifting up to 40 pounds and performing frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Can stand or walk for extended periods of time and climb up and down a ladder. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Benefits and Compensation Compensation ranges from $10.00 to $11.75 per hour based on experience and location.
