Summary As a Sales and Client Advisor (Keyholder) reporting to the Store Director, you will support store leadership by assisting with opening and closing procedures and daily operations. You will deliver high-quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and help maintain store standards across merchandising, stockroom organization, and loss prevention. Responsibilities Achieve individual and store sales goals Perform opening and closing of the store and support store leadership Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations Maintain an organized stockroom and support inventory accuracy Implement visual displays and merchandising standards Ensure cash register and safe accuracy and timely bank deposits Partner with team to minimize shrinkage and enforce loss prevention procedures Oversee daily store maintenance and appearance Requirements 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store targets Excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking skills Commercial awareness and a strong passion for the fashion industry Ability to follow and enforce store operations and visual merchandising standards #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
