Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need. Job Summary Leora Dayton is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents/patients in achieving their best possible health outcomes, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to facility policies. Monitor and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and changes in status. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition. Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and care plans. Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed. Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients and staff. Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Must be 21 or older Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred but not required. Schedule PRN / As Needed Flexible scheduling, including availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional shift coverage as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Leorabh
