Position Description Supply Planer for assigned global product portfolios Data analysis, reporting and presentation also to executive management Organize and host global calls and meetings Monitor inventory days of supply, identify potential shortages or excessive supply and initiate risk mitigation activities Serve as Supply Chain point of contact between Sales, Customer Care and Supply Chain Operations Drive Supply Chain related initiatives related to process improvements and new business initiatives Support intercompany inventory replenishment in SAP Master Data Expert Supply Planning parameters Maintain Supply Planning and replenishment parameters best supporting supply strategy Support and coordinate demand and supply requests with cross functional teams in sales, customer care, global production and global logistics Support general product availability inquiries; Expedite urgent product supply requests until completed Position Requirements Business Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required 2+ years' of experience in demand and supply planning Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred Familiar with data analytics and statistics ERP planning system experience expected, SAP preferred Ability to independently prepare and present data to multiple levels of the organization including executive management Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications Excel and PowerPoint, Proficiency with Power BI and Qlik are a plus Strong customer and service orientation Strong interest in supply chain, enjoys topics related to supply chain planning Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment Personal Requirements Self-motivated and driven Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills; problem solving mentality Team player, enjoys working in team environment What We Offer Bonus/Commission Local benefits Referral Program Volunteer Day Internal Academy (QIALearn) Employee Assistance Program and internal QIAGEN communities Hybrid work (conditional to your role) Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
