- Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Licensing: PE license highly desirable
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil engineering, including:
- Horizontal/vertical alignments
- Roadway plans
- Drainage/erosion control
- Software Skills:
- Bentley OpenRoads Designer and/or Autodesk Civil3D
- CAD and Bluebeam proficiency
- Other Skills:
- Project scheduling
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on senior civil engineering role with responsibility for full project lifecycle
- Exposure to complex infrastructure and development projects
- Emphasis on quality, collaboration, and innovation
A candidate for this position typically needs:

- Licensed or working toward a PE license
