Your Role as a BCBA As a BCBA, you'll lead with compassion and precision, guiding care recipients and caregivers through meaningful, evidence-based interventions. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers, RBTs, and interdisciplinary partners to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect iCare Therapy's commitment to ethical, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to inform individualized treatment plans. Develop, update, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with clear, measurable goals. Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure high‑quality, consistent care. Lead caregiver training that builds confidence, understanding, and carryover across home and community settings. Review treatment data regularly and adjust programs to maintain steady, meaningful progress. What You'll Bring Active BCBA certification and eligibility for North Carolina LBA licensure. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, education, or related field. 5+ years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred. Expertise in Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and Verbal Behavior (VB). Experience with digital data platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink). Clear communication, empathy, and a collaborative approach to supporting caregivers and teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and motivate multidisciplinary teams. A strong ethical foundation and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
