Position Title: Records Technician/Document Imaging Operator

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; and willing to learn new technologies
Prior scanning experience is a plus
Must be able to lift 30lb boxes overhead to place on shelves

Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to provide continuous improvement by analyzing problems, communicating findings, making recommendations, and implementing the solution
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Must be dependable
Must be able to follow instructions
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to work as part of a team in a service-oriented environment
Must maintain a professional pleasant manner when interacting with clients and coworkers

Nice to have:

Experience with document capture software (Kofax or DataCap)

Essential functions:

As a Records Technician/Document Imaging Operator at Access Sciences, you will be diving into a world of document management like never before. From preparing documents for scanning to conducting quality control checks and maintaining scanning equipment, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth transition of physical records to electronic formats. Your role will involve indexing data, converting documents for import, and assisting with offsite storage preparations.
