Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Any years of previous experience accepted; first-time travelers welcome License: State license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required; Child and Adult abuse mandatory reporter required Must-Have: Epic experience required Not an employee of any healthcare provider in the last 12 months Profile should include Driver's License Work history/resume required Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date License verification required Copy of required certifications One supervisory reference required at the time of submission Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, The traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Patients served are typically aged 55 and older.
