Pay Range:$31.03 - $46.54A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Manager-Laundry to join our team. Assists in oversight and leadership within assigned area of responsibility. Duties may include: assists in the management of the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities; plans and allocates resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet productivity and quality goals; makes business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures; reviews performance data that includes quality, satisfaction, engagement, and financial reports; monitors and measures productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness; participates in the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the area of responsibility; prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track goal accomplishment; leads colleagues using performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage colleague contribution.Primary duty includes managing department and regularly directing the work of at least two or more employees. Bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field is preferred.
