Maintenance Staff

Davidson Academy is seeking a Christ-following, motivated, organized, detail-oriented maintenance staff with a passion for providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment conducive to learning for Davidson Academy's students. This role is integral to ensuring the school's facilities and support services function effectively for all programs and activities. The ideal candidate has a background in project management and understands the innerworkings of maintaining and improving various facilities.

Davidson Academy is an Infant-12th grade Christian private school located in Nashville, TN. Serving a diverse student population from Davidson County and the surrounding counties, we believe in the Biblical-based instruction of preparing our students for college, life, and eternity. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of the Upper School, Lower School, and Preschool buildings as well as all other campus facilities
• Support faculty and staff facility needs
• Conduct routine inspections of all facilities, identifying areas requiring attention or improvements
• Oversee outside grounds vendor for mowing and landscaping of the school
• Plan with appropriate school personnel for upcoming needs
• Enable food management services to operate with the space and equipment needed
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, OSHA regulations and sustainable practices
• Other duties assigned by the Facilities Director
