UI/UX Design Engineer -Jersey City, Dallas TX and Tampa FL

Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments. Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities. Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows. Define end-to-end user experiences aligned with business objectives. User Interface Design Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable design components. Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms. Collaboration & Delivery Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product discovery activities. Translate business requirements into design specifications for development teams. Review implementations to ensure adherence to approved designs. Research & Validation Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback. Analyze data and user behavior to drive continuous improvements. Validate design solutions through prototypes and testing. Monitor industry trends and emerging UX practices. Accessibility & Quality Ensure solutions comply with accessibility standards (WCAG). Advocate for inclusive and user-centered design practices. Support design reviews and quality assurance activities. Promote performance, usability, and customer experience best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems. Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing financial services, fintech, or enterprise applications. Familiarity with Design Systems and Component Libraries. Understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and modern web technologies. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React. Experience with user analytics and A/B testing.
