That’s Where You Come in as an ESOP Administration Consultant You will be a key resource to clients navigating the complex (and highly important) world of employee ownership (ESOPs). You’ll manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long‑term, trusted relationships. Your Responsibilities Managing end-to-end client engagements Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting Identifying and solving technical plan issues Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service Requirements What we’re looking for in an ESOP Administration Consultant: experienced professionals who bring both technical know-how about ESOPs and a heart for service. You take pride in getting the details right — because your work impacts real people and their future. 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word Excellent communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods Preferred Skills Working toward QKA or QPA certification Experience With Other Plan Types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.) (Optional) Experience with other plan types is a plus.
