TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OB/GYN RN in Houston, Missouri, 65483!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Obstetrics Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3-5 Years in Obstetrics License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS ACLS NRP AWHONN (required) STABLE (preferred) Must-Have: Must live 75 miles or more from the facility Description: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care experience is required. Certifications for OB include BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN. STABLE certification is preferred. Three to five years of experience in Obstetrics is required. Familiarity with EMR systems such as TruBridge and Perigen is necessary. Core competencies in OB, including OB triage and neonate care, are essential. The unit includes three LDRP beds, two postpartum beds, and one outpatient room. Ratios for labor and delivery are 1:2 and 1:3 for couplets. Professional scrubs are required. Only facial piercings allowed are a single small stud in the nose; tongue rings are not permitted. Any offensive tattoos must be covered. No extremes in fashion are acceptable. A flu vaccine is required, and exemptions are accepted. Rubella titer, vaccination record, Hepatitis B, and TB tests within the last year are necessary. Every other weekend rotation is expected. Floating to ER or ICU may occur, but very rarely.
