Summary: Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility. Supervises staff and community service workers, etc. in the absence of the Store Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support daily store operations and team leadership (6 months – 1 year experience) Deliver outstanding customer service Help drive sales, merchandising, and donation processing Train, motivate, and inspire team members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment Assist with achieving store goals and performance standards Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with a passion for helping others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Interpersonal Skills - Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control; Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things.
