Role Overview

The Marketing and Operations Management Internship at Ferretti Search offers a high-level view of how a professional search firm is built and scaled. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, ambitious individual who wants a front-row seat to the leadership and systems that drive a successful business.

While you will support our digital brand and sales lifecycle, the core of this internship is focused on business operations and organizational management . You will work directly alongside our CEO and Directors of Sales and Operations, gaining exposure to every facet of the firm—from recruiting and sales to accounting and HR.

Management Experience

As an intern, you will be treated as a member of the team, gaining insights into the high-level decisions that move the needle.

• Executive Exposure: Work in-office alongside the leadership team to understand the mechanics of professional services and relationship-driven recruitment.
• EOS & L10 Integration: You will see the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in action. Your schedule will be coordinated so you can attend our weekly L10 meetings , where you will observe how we track firm-wide performance, hit KPIs, and solve real-world business problems.
• Professional Development: You will shadow our top-performing professionals, sit in on strategic team meetings, and participate in the same internal training programs attended by our full-time staff.

Key Responsibilities

Management & Business Operations

• Participate in weekly L10 meetings to observe organizational health and goal-tracking.
• Assist leadership in documenting and refining operational workflows to improve firm efficiency.
• Support the sales and recruitment teams by tracking leads and documenting prospects within the company tracking system.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Develop and manage LinkedIn posts and high-impact social media content that aligns with our relationship-driven philosophy.
• Author weekly blog articles and design original graphics to maintain a professional, cohesive brand aesthetic.
• Monitor engagement on published content to ensure marketing efforts align with the firm’s quarterly goals and KPIs.

Talent Sourcing & Systems

• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and the company website to identify and source talent for open searches.
• Identify and implement new features on the company website to enhance the visitor experience and increase organic traffic.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strategic Thinking: An interest in how businesses operate and a desire to understand management frameworks like EOS.
• Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to maintain a professional yet authentic tone.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn recruitment software, website CMS platforms, and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Accountability: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative Spirit: A relationship-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, account directors, and firm leadership.
• Must be a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in a business related field.

• Full-Cycle Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal systems to source resumes and identify potential talent, maintaining an organized and accurate candidate database.
• Creative & Digital Optimization: Design original graphics for social media and print while identifying website enhancements to increase organic traffic and improve the visitor experience.
