Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction of a data center project in Vernon, TX. This role oversees schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and quality from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of project execution, including procurement, construction, and closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and the project team to keep work on schedule and within budget. Track budgets, change orders, and cost-to-complete; report variances to leadership. Maintain the project schedule and address critical path risks. Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Lead site walks and progress meetings with subcontractors and ownership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with data center or mission-critical construction. Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar PM/scheduling software. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and safety standards (OSHA, NEC).
