This busy hospital provides comprehensive surgical services with established anesthesia protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery across multiple specialties. The facility maintains modern anesthesia capabilities with 15 anesthesia rooms and operates under a supervision model where MDs oversee CRNA staff while also performing their own cases. The hospital utilizes Epic EMR and iPro charting systems for patient documentation and maintains a structured care team environment. The facility handles approximately 75 births annually and supports diverse surgical specialties including cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, obstetric, and other general surgical procedures.

O'Fallon offers entertainment and recreational opportunities featuring Gateway Classic Cars, Fezziwig's Marketplace, and Rock Springs Park, along with O'Fallon 15 Cine for movie entertainment. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore local parks and participate in community events such as Wednesday walks and seasonal concerts. The location provides access to nearby attractions within approximately one mile, including the Strange Folk Festival at Community Park and various entertainment venues like Game Show Battle Rooms. The clinician will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 10-hour day shifts managing diverse surgical cases including general, neuro, ortho, cardiac, OB, vascular, urology, ENT, endo, and podiatry procedures. The clinician will work under medical supervision in a 2:1 CRNA to MD ratio across 15 anesthesia rooms with no in-house call, on-call pager duty, or overtime expected. The position utilizes Epic EMR and iPro for charting and documentation. Board certification is required with the privileging process expected to take approximately 60 days. The facility provides a $250 weekly car rental/mileage stipend and a $150 daily lodging/housing stipend. The role operates within established anesthesia protocols with CRNAs supervised by MDs who also perform their own cases.
