Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. About the NICU 22‑bed Level II NICU; 100‑150 deliveries per month. 24/7 NNP coverage with on‑call neonatologist at night. NNPs see both NICU and well‑newborn patients. Flexible 24‑ or 72‑hour shifts support excellent work‑life balance. A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities are available. Strong APRN‑led leadership team. Ability to pick up shifts in Level III‑IV NICUs if desired. Exceptional new graduates will be considered. Sign‑on and relocation assistance. Tuition reimbursement assistance available. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification. Minimum of a master’s degree. Experience or readiness to practice in a Level II NICU setting.
