We value performance, quality, communication, teamwork, and leadership. Responsibilities Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, creating a friendly and professional first impression. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options. Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times. Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system. Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload. Maintain smooth communication between the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams. Qualifications At least one (1) year of related customer experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods. Physical Demands and Work Environment The job requires long periods of standing and walking throughout dining and service areas. Employees must handle food and beverage objects, reach, extend with hands and arms, talk and hear, and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, crouch, or crawl. Location and Travel The position is based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH, with occasional travel to local stores.
