Senior Payroll Leader - ADP, Workday & Compliance

Client: Leader in the medical device manufacturing industry Location: Brea, CA 92821 Position Overview: The Sr. Payroll Analyst is responsible for overseeing and executing payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate payment to associates. This role includes leading payroll operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep payroll expertise, and the ability to manage complex payroll issues with accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, and deductions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws through regular audits Develop and enhance payroll policies, procedures, and systems for improved efficiency Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including year-end W-2 forms and filings Lead and support payroll operations while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong experience with ADP, eTime, and Workday In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (federal, state, and local) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel
