Staff RN – NursingSchedule: 7 PM - 7:30 AMAssignment Details:Contract Weeks: 13Guaranteed Hours: 36Requirements:Valid license to practice in the stateCPR certification requiredPrevious Registered Nursing experience preferredRoles & Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients according to the nursing process.Provide education for patients and their families throughout the admission and discharge process.Document nursing process and pathway clearly, accurately, and legibly.Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following physician orders.Notify physicians of relevant observations and changes in patient status.Ensure availability of equipment and supplies for patient care, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate department.Compliance / Notes:Physical capacity demands involve exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently.The position may require frequent patient handling activity.Client Details:City: LancasterState: OH
