This position is in seat, not remote. CSRs provide product and services information to resolve any emerging problems our Customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. Truly great CSRs are genuinely excited to help Customers. They're patient, empathetic, passionately communicative, with solid problem-solving capabilities. Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in our Customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate when they don't have enough information to resolve Customer complaints.
