• Provide leadership and oversight for the plant test organization, including test supervisors, technicians, processes, equipment, and documentation.

• Ensure appropriate containment and escalation when product or process performance does not meet requirements.|
Customer and Supplier Quality
• Serve as the primary site quality interface for customers and coordinate customer visits, audits, complaints, and corrective action responses.
• Lead timely and effective root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and recurrence-prevention activities for customer and internal quality issues.
• Monitor customer quality performance, warranty concerns, and quality escapes; communicate risks and recovery plans to plant leadership.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Supplier Quality resources to address incoming defects, supplier nonconformance, and supplier performance risks.
• Ensure customer-specific requirements are identified, translated into plant processes, and verified for compliance.

• Represent Quality in Home Run operational readiness, PROLaunch, product transfer, and production ramp-up activities.
• Ensure quality deliverables are completed for new products, transferred products, new equipment, and new manufacturing processes.
• Lead production readiness reviews, safe-launch controls, first-article and first-of-kind verification, and exit criteria for launch containment.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to identify launch risks and implement mitigation plans before customer impact.
• Build scalable systems, staffing, training, and standard work that support the facility growth plan.

• Build, organize, and develop a high-performing quality and test organization with clear accountability and standard work.
• Set performance expectations, coach team members, conduct talent reviews, and develop succession and capability plans.
• Establish qualification and training requirements for quality engineers, inspectors, technicians, auditors, and test personnel.
• Teach and coach leaders and employees in quality systems, problem-solving, prevention tools, and customer-focused decision-making.
• Model Eaton leadership attributes and reinforce the Eaton Culture through ethical, inclusive, and accountable leadership.
