Registered Nurse (RN)

Join a team dedicated to providing high-quality care in the Emergency Room (ER). The successful candidate will work 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, and will be required to work every other weekend and holidays as needed. Candidates may not take all holidays off and must commit to working during specified holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Function independently under the guidance of the Director, following unit-specific guidelines and protocols.
• Utilize time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional patient care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and maintain emotional stability in emergency settings.
• Document all aspects of patient care and collaborate with healthcare teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Room experience is required.
• Experience in ED Triage and Cardiac Room preferred.
• IV Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
• Certification in ENPC and CEN is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Massachusetts RN license, which must be uploaded with the profile.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association are required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Permanent address must be included in the profile.

Personal scrubs of any color.
