Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or R.
• Mastery of AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong expertise in algorithms, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI models.
• Hands-on knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

Professional Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development

Education:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and client-facing stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to optimize recruitment and talent management processes.
• Solution Architecture: Build scalable AI-powered systems for recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and workforce optimization.
• Data Analytics: Leverage data from recruitment platforms and job boards to uncover insights and improve client outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work with recruiters, account managers, and tech teams to align AI tools with client needs.
• Leadership: Mentor junior developers and stay ahead of AI trends to integrate cutting-edge solutions into services.
