Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Mora, MN
Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience - paid weekly
Schedule: Day shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing company in Mora, MN. In this role, you'll support facility and equipment reliability in a production environment, helping minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting equipment, and working independently, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Inspect facility equipment regularly to identify issues and prevent breakdowns
• Troubleshoot and repair printing and packaging machinery to reduce downtime
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory
• Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:

• Must have 1-3+ years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude with some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration
• Must have experience working with power/hand tools and tape measures
• Ability to work independently and stay goal-oriented
• Understanding of production operations and workplace safety requirements
• Reliable attendance and transportation to the Mora, MN facility
• Ability to follow safety policies and company procedures
