Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $46-$50/hr Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Facility: Small facility with 60 beds, no weekend rotation We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our small facility with 60 beds. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and disabilities, and improve their overall physical health and well-being. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific goals and needs Utilize various therapeutic techniques and exercises to help patients improve mobility, strength, and range of motion Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue at home Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy State licensure as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and exercises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
