Responsibilities:

Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events.

Assist with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs.

Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Handle guest inquiries and requests with a friendly demeanor.

Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to service standards.

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service or banquet settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Must be at least 18 years old

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.

Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.

Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
