Supervisor, Media Strategy/Planning (Pharma)

Overview The Supervisor, Strategy selects media channels and programs for assigned clients based on the established strategic media approach, and with the input and expertise of cross‑functional teams. They lead projects from start to finish, maintain account flowcharts, and oversee the creation of traffic workbooks and creative asset trackers. Responsibilities Pharma media experience across diverse conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer, etc.) Familiarity with the total marketing process and the strategic role of media. Understanding of media channel roles within a plan. Expertise in media software such as Prisma and MediaTools. Self‑education on PHM, Publicis Groupe, and client business functions. Supports the Director/Associate Director, Strategy and builds trust. Works collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Trains junior Strategy staff on tools and processes. Manages time and resources for direct reports. Onboards and trains new hires. Participates in performance management and development processes. Contributes to new business efforts. Prepares media plans and strategic presentations. Ensures media strategy aligns with deliverables. Assists VP Strategy in planning. Collaborates with internal leaders to align deliverables. Provides input on media channel mix and budget allocation. Ensures media flowcharts match financial documents. Oversees Creative Asset Tracker creation and management. QA’s traffic workbooks with Senior Associate. Represents cross‑functional teams when absent. Aims for continuous improvement. Builds day‑to‑day client relationships. Conveys passion for clients. Provides input to shape client priorities. Provides outstanding client service. Influences clients through strong public speaking, presentation, and writing. Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $91,350.00 annually.
