Energy Specialist - Customer Support

Responsibilities Talk to customers over the phone or via email, resolving their queries and engaging with other suppliers. Work in Operations, at the heart of everything we do, helping our customers. Took full responsibility for all issues, delivering end‑to‑end customer service and breaking the loop of transfers between departments. Bring about solutions daily while keeping up with rapid change as we grow. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Prior energy experience isn’t required; we’ll teach you what you need to know if you have a passion for sustainability and world‑class customer service. Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Highly organized, energetic, and a quick learner. Follows instruction and takes action. Available to work a standard schedule Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree. Benefits Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
