As our RN, you will assume responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient, advancing modern nursing through compassionate care.

We are offering a $20,000 Sign on bonus in addition up to $10,000 relocation assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Schedule: 36hrs/wk- Days- variable days of the week and shift start times per surgical volume and current unit needs.

Call required approx. 4 call shifts in 6 week schedule block. Typically, no weekend call unless covering team members PTO.

• Associates Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
• RN License in state of employment
• Physical Requirements: Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10lbs. constantly

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• One (1) year experience

Where You'll Work

As a Registered Nurses in the Operating Room at St. Anthony Hospital you will provide direct patient advocacy and clinical support across a high-volume surgical department, which includes 17 suitesfeaturing a designated trauma room, a hybrid room, a CVOR, and a cystoscopy suite. The facility manages approximately 900-950 cases per month across a wide range of specialties, including General, Ortho (Trauma), Neuro, Spine, Eyes, ENT, GU, Robotics (DaVinci XI/SI), Vascular, Endovascular, Cardiac, and OB/GYN. While there is a specialized team for cardiac and neuro procedures, all other RNs are cross-trained for all remaining surgical services. Daily duties include performing circulating functions, providing intraoperative support such as managing sterile instruments and supplies, facilitating room turnovers, and restocking for subsequent procedures.

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room, a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients. In 2023, we received our exciting Magnet designation! We are so proud of our staff for this achievement, which is awarded to only 10 percent of hospitals around the world.
