We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Spanish/English Product Consultant to join our award-winning sales team. Come to Work for one of the top volume Lincoln Dealerships in the nation.

No experience is required. We are in need of individuals who are bilingual to assist customers in their consumer journey. Our ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, self-sufficient, sales driven and has a desire to succeed. We focus on building relationships that last and that starts with our employees.

Bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

• Supply customer with product performance and benefits
• Enhance the customer buying process by performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
• Prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations over email and text communication.

Bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist Qualifications:

• BILINGUAL REQUIRED
• Previous professional experience required
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Quality customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication, in-person and over the phone
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
• Focuses on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
• Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in and out?
