Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | Onsite | Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of New York
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a medical-surgical telemetry environment
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• ACLS certification
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring equipment and cardiac rhythms
