Machine Tool Builder- Direct Hire Join our team in Warren, Ohio! We’re seeking dedicated, detail-oriented experienced individuals to fill the role of Machine Tool Builder. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and assembling precision equipment, we want to hear from you. This role involves assembling CNC machinery for manufacturing customers, ensuring each machine meets high quality and safety standards. You’ll work alongside experienced team members in a clean, organized environment, helping us deliver top-tier equipment. Hours 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Opportunity for overtime before or after the regular shift Pay $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Assemble CNC machine components following detailed blueprints and schematics Fabricate parts as needed in cooperation with machinists Implement machine power-up and conduct initial testing Prepare machines for shipment and assist in loading for transport Work with engineers to start up machines and train customers in maintenance Respond to troubleshooting questions from customers and provide on-site service as needed Perform warranty inspections and resolve customer issues Complete paperwork accurately, including markings on prints and customer reports Maintain ISO certification standards through quality-focused work Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the work area Minimum Requirements Ability to read blueprints and schematics Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators) Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with machine shop operations and assembly Ability to work safely and effectively communicate with team members and customers Own hand tools preferred Valid driver’s license and insurability to drive company or rental vehicles Nice to Have Skills Familiarity with CNC operation and machine alignments Experience using lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and grinders Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Education and Experience Graduate of technical school or machine trades apprenticeship At least five years of related work experience preferred Other Requirements On-site work environment No recent felonies, no violent or theft-related felonies No misdemeanor theft - many employees leave personal tools at the shop, so theft is not tolerated This is a completely drug-free organization Drake will coordinate local drug testing and conditions of hire Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Direct Deposit and Weekly Pay Opportunities for overtime and career growth Supportive team environment Company-provided safety equipment and tools You can view all our jobs at Employ-Temps Staffing Services provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, political beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
