Reporting to the VP of Real Estate & Legal Operations, you'll strengthen contract lifecycle management, standardize practices that support risk mitigation, and improve efficiency through technology and team development.If you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and love solving complex problems that blend people, technology, and process, this is your opportunity to make your mark at the intersection of hospitality and innovation.Why You'll Love Working at VacatiaBuild the Future: Shape scalable contract processes and legal operations practices that support Vacatia's continued growth.Impact That Matters: Improve contract accuracy, reduce turnaround times, and strengthen controls that help protect the business.Innovation at Scale: Partner across Legal, Finance, Accounting, and business teams to introduce modern tools, automation, and responsible AI solutions.Autonomy and Ownership: Take the lead on complex matters and process improvements, with the opportunity to turn ideas into lasting operational results.Culture of Growth: Develop your team and expand your impact in a fast-moving environment that values initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Your ImpactLead the contract lifecycle, overseeing intake, drafting and review coordination, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and record retention.Manage and develop the Contract Administration Team, setting priorities, balancing workloads, and building technical expertise, accountability, and consistent service.Create and standardize processes that eliminate bottlenecks, strengthen document controls, and improve contract turnaround times and accuracy.Partner with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders to address complex contract matters, support risk mitigation, and coordinate acquisition integration and operational initiatives.Advance technology and performance measurement, improving contract systems, evaluating approved automation and AI tools, and tracking metrics that guide ongoing improvements.What You Bring7+ years of progressive experience in legal operations, contract management, corporate paralegal work, or a related field, including substantial experience handling complex contracts.4–5+ years of direct people management experience, with demonstrated success coaching employees, managing workloads, and strengthening team performance.A proven track record of creating processes and improving efficiency, supported by strong knowledge of contract terms, approval workflows, document controls, and contract lifecycle management.Strong judgment, communication, and ownership, with the ability to lead independently, manage competing priorities, protect confidential information, and engage Legal Counsel appropriately.Experience with contract technology and document management tools; familiarity with AI, automation, real estate, hospitality, vacation ownership, or acquisition integration is a plus. A relevant degree, paralegal certificate, or contract management certification is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.Join us at the start of something big.
