Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Overview: An independently owned New York-based real estate investment management firm is seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Management Analyst to support its growing multifamily investment portfolios. The firm was established in 1969 and currently has $9.3 billion of institutional quality real estate assets under management. The Analyst will be working on a range of multifamily investment strategies and will be engaged in all aspects of the real estate investment process, including analyzing and executing new investment opportunities; formulating new investment strategies and marketing materials; ongoing financial modeling and liquidity management; and investor reporting. This role will be apart of the acquisitions and transactions team. Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
- Develop customized investor and prospective investor memorandums and presentations • Monitor property-level performance through variance analysis and market research
- Maintain and analyze fund-level financial models in order to manage liquidity needs
- Execute quarterly and annual reporting
- Generate investment summaries, strategic plans and other documentation associated with fund operations
- Support portfolio management in annual budget and asset planning process
- Assist with preparation for advisory committee meetings, board meetings and annual meetings
