Manage and grow relationships with an established portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions tailored to client objectives Deepen existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional engagement and referrals Collaborate with internal specialists across investments, estate planning, tax planning, trust, and lending solutions Serve as a trusted advisor through complex financial conversations and life transition events Build and execute a disciplined business development strategy to support continued growth Maintain a high-touch client service model focused on retention, satisfaction, and long-term success What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years of financial planning and wealth management experience Experience advising HNW/UHNW individuals, families, and business owners FINRA licenses including Series 7 and 63 ; 65 or 66 required or obtainable upon hire Strong expertise in comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and wealth strategies Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships Prior sales or business development experience preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented wealth management environment CFP® designation preferred (or active progress toward certification) Why Join?
