We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Insurance verification experience preferred .
• Prior authorization experience preferred .
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates general computer proficiency including data entry, word processing, email, and electronic record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, referral sources, and hospital staff. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the admissions process, telecommunications, insurance verification, and other administrative functions to ensure excellent patient service.
