Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative Woodland Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment. Schedule and compensation: Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, for each hour worked This position offers part-time or full-time scheduling options. We are open to a part-time team member with strong customer service experience and a willingness to learn, as well as an experienced veterinary professional seeking a full-time opportunity. Full-time candidates should have at least two years of veterinary experience. Flexibility throughout the week, including Saturday and Sunday is preferred. Full-time candidates should have at least two years of veterinary experience. Proficiency in the following skills: Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods About us: Woodland Veterinary Hospital has been caring for pets and the people who love them for more than 50 years.
