Design Engineer - Student Experience

Create and modify parts and engineering drawings using tools like Creo Update Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bills of Materials (BOM) Support prototype builds, testing, and maintenance of engineering equipment Analyze test results to improve product designs Collaborate with production, service, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and contribute to product development Participate in design reviews and provide input on product improvements Requirements Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 3.0 or higher GPA preferred Ability to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) Communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in creating and modifying engineering drawings using Creo, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance product designs.
