Healthcare Product Manager

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of hands-on product ownership or product management experience
- 2+ year of experience working in an agile or scaled agile development environment
- 2+ year of experience working in the healthcare space
- Familiarity with software development concepts and comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation and working with developers, solution architects and other technical staff
- Comfortable facing out to internal and external customers and users and all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile product owner or agile leader certification
- Experience working in clinical software product development
- Experience working with clinical operations
- Architecture or other technical experience
- Awareness of emerging technologies impacting the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to medium-sized groups
- Technology experience: you don't need to code or draw an architecture diagram from scratch but you do need to know, and be able to explain, how your product works from a technology lens
