State Licensed Filing Analyst

Responsible for regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions, the full-time remote State Licensed Filing Analyst will prepare, submit, and coordinate forms and filings while monitoring objections and collaborating with internal stakeholders and insurance department contacts for timely approvals. Key responsibilities Prepare filings and objection responses in SERFF and/or FilingRamp for various states to ensure timely approval of regulatory filings Ensure all necessary filing forms and checklists are included prior to submission and that appropriate filing mechanics are applied Monitor incoming objections and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and manage extension requests as needed Required qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience within the P&C industry, with a preference for state filings and regulatory compliance experience Knowledge and understanding of the current P&C marketplace Familiarity with ISO products is desirable Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
