Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location

Wilkes-Barre, PA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and monitor cardiac catheterization cases in a 12-bed Cath Lab department
• Provide skilled nursing care throughout cath lab procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation, including every third weekend and approximately 10–13 call days per month
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support a department volume of approximately 150 cases per month

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Cath Lab circulating experience required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1+ year of travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
• Experience in high-volume cardiac cath lab environments
• Strong ability to adapt quickly in a travel assignment setting
