Key Responsibilities Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy in the construction process. Assist with reviewing and managing project submittals. Generate purchase orders and track material deliveries. Support project scheduling and subcontractor coordination. Prepare and organize daily field reports for review by project leadership. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and client requirements. Provide general support to Project Managers and Superintendents as needed. Qualifications U.S. Citizenship (required) – candidates must be U.S. Citizens to meet federal project requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required) or Construction Management (preferred). 1+ years of experience in heavy civil construction preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Ability to pass State & Federal background checks to access military bases and Federal facilities. Civil Engineer license or active progress toward licensure is a plus.
