Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of Nebraska
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage.
• Daily caseload of 7-10 patients.
• EMR: Epic.
• Mix of patients from acute care and inpatient rehab.
• Patient population includes neuro cases such as stroke, TBI, and Parkinson's, as well as trauma, post-intubation, cognitive evaluations for home safety, and some swallow studies.
