Behavioral Health Technician – Crisis ResidentialWe’re hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support a 24-hour crisis residential program for adults, an alternative to hospitalization for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working in behavioral health. Schedule: Per Diem | 12-hour shifts Days (8AM–8PM) or Nights (8PM–8AM)What You’ll Do:Supervise and monitor clients in a structured settingSupport daily living activities and appropriate behaviorsDocument observations, symptoms, and incidentsCommunicate updates to the clinical team during shift reportWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma/GED requiredExperience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferredStrong judgment, reliability, and ability to stay calm under pressurePay: $18–$22/hour Apply today – fast hiring process!
