We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Daycare Center Teacher’s Aide to support a classroom team serving infants and toddlers, preschool children, and school-age children in a mixed-age setting. Working alongside one teacher and contributing activity ideas, the aide will help create a safe, clean, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position from 8a.m. to 5 p.m., with part-time opportunities also available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
• Assist with snacks, classroom routines, and daily transitions.
• Support the teacher with classroom activities and organization.
• Contribute ideas for engaging activities.
• Monitor children’s safety and help maintain a nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Clean and sanitize classrooms, toys, and learning materials.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with young children.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Reliable, patient, and positive attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level childcare experience.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom management.
• Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to provide positive behavior guidance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and reliability.
• Willingness to complete paid training courses.
